Before you make a purchase, please read through the Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our software confirms that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions:

  1. Modifications:
    After the purchase you are allowed to make any necessary modifications to the purchased software to fit your purposes as long as the changes are in accordance license you acquire.

  2. Unauthorized use:
    You are prohibited from redistributing or resell our products (as your domain is registered in our server).
    Any source code purchases should be used to upgrade, extend or replace plugin functionality and are prohibited from reselling.

  3. Refund policy:
    3.1. When you place an order at ellasoftware.com, you are allowed to download the product without any condition. So we will not consider any refund after the software is downloaded.
    3.2. Refund is not applicable on add-on services (such as software installation, custom development works, consulting works and any order services we provide).
    3.3. Refund would be denied in abuse cases.
    3.4. Despite our non-refundable policy Ella Software will carefully examine every individual claim for a refund.

    Therefore, we only refund for the following case:
    Our software get error on your site & we can not give any support to you: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Support Department. We keep the right to rectify the error(exclude Saturday and Sunday). In these cases, please provide link to prove that our software has error on your site. If you have questions about technical issues, we are ready to help you. Our support team works from 8AM to 4PM (EST) from Monday to Friday. We commit to respond all your assistance requests within 2 days.

  4. Installations:
    For the installation of the software you can refer to the installation instructions given on the product page or documentation.

  5. Product upgrades:
    We provide software upgrades according to the latest release. You can add an update option for additional charge during product purchase. All critical bug fixes updates are free of charge.

  6. Product support:
    We provide a free technical support for purchased software. This support is not available for products that are totally free. Support is provided through our support e-mail [email protected] 
    Support 3 month for free (no customizations includes). Customization support - price is calculated according to the work (fixed/hourly). 

  7. Product download:
    Once the payment is received and verified, you can download your product at "My account -> Downloadable products".

  8. License:
    Our company will grant you two possible types of licenses in order for you to use any of the product that are sold through this website.

    Single Domain License:

    A Single Domain License will enable you to use each product on a single domain/sub-domain/website only. Buying our software you agree with conditions of Single Domain License. This site should be only yours but not the third person. In order to re-use the same product, you will have to purchase it again.

    Multiple Domain License:

    Multiple Domain License will enable you to use product on a multiple domain/sub-domain/website. If you want to add a new website just send a request in "Contact us" section.
